Our in-house Architect, Phil Adams, is Texas licensed and registered. Phil has over 25 years of experience. He will translate your ideas and needs into an effiicient and unique custom home designed for you and your family. He coordinates the design from the initial schematic sketches and ideas into complete working drawings that will transfer those ideas accurately onto paper. There is no charge for consultation and we provide a Preliminary Design of your custom home at no cost.
We prepare all drawings on a computer using CADD (Computer Assisting Design and Drafting) software to ensure accurate plans that are easily managed as the drawings work towards the final complete set of working documents. CADD drawings increase readability, accurateness of scale and dimension and square footage as well as giving you the ability to make changes without losing time and money on redrawing entire plans.
We offer the Professional services of a Texas registered Interior Designer firm whose experienced professional staff provide a full range of services to include interior and exterior color selections, carpeting, window treatments, appliances and more!
